3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1  Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time you complete your purchase.

3.2  Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments, or others). By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes

4. Access to Digital Products

4.1  Delivery

After purchase, digital products are typically delivered by:

• Granting you access to the content through your account on the Site, and/or
• Sending you an email with access instructions

Please ensure your email address is accurate and that you check your spam/junk folders.

4.2  License to Use

Upon purchase and subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Refunds

5.1  7-Day Refund Policy for Digital Products

We offer a 7-day refund policy on eligible digital products under the following conditions:

• Your refund request is made within 7 days of your purchase date, and
• You can provide reasonable evidence that you attempted to engage with the material, such as screenshots or proof of lesson completion, or notes/recordings demonstrating you attempted the exercises

5.2  Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be granted when:

• The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
• There is no evidence of a genuine attempt to use the product
• You have downloaded all of the content and clearly derived full value from it (as reasonably determined by us)

5.3  How to Request a Refund

• Your full name
• Purchase email address
• Order number and date
• The name of the product
• Evidence of your attempt to use the material

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1  Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to videos, lessons, sheet music, PDFs, text, graphics, logos, audio, and other materials is owned by or licensed to Lobster Pod Productions, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2  License to You

You receive only the limited license described in Section 4.2. No ownership rights in the content are transferred to you.

6.3  User Submissions

If you submit content (e.g., comments, assignments, recordings), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content for purposes of operating the Site and providing the services. We will not publicly share your submissions in marketing materials without your consent, except in anonymized or aggregated form.

7. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
